Creeky doors eeeek
Scattering Mice or mice in the cupboards
The lid being closed on the wood stove
shuffling slippers across the kitchen floor
muffles voices coming from the bedrooms before sleep
oh yea snoring wow it’s loud! and from many people.
The creeking stairway in the morning.
oh my have I just begun and it’s time to leave
spends sometime in an old house and hear
the sounds of life going on.
